laproscopic partial hysterectomy

I am now in my 4th week of healing and at my 2 week gyno visit she said that I was healed and to just take it easy..I am back to work doing hair 5 hours a day and I have some pain where my main incision is little pulling stabbing ..nothing too bad but do have to take it slow after 4 hours. My gyno says that more women need to know about this option as I didn't need anything but my uterus removed so i get to keep my tubes eggs and cervix..it is a wonderful thing healing quicker and not getting thrown into menopause. Though this is not for everyone but it is a great option if you don't NEED to take EVERYTHING ask about laproscopic there is also robotic surgery with quicker healing time...Hoping good health to all of you !

There are more and more hysterectomy options available for women today! More than what was available when I had my hysterectomy 10 years ago!

Here on the site, we are seeing more and more women have less invasive options including Laparscopic hysterectomies--both supracervical and total, da Vinci assisted surgery, and now even single incision site surgeries!
