Thanks Juniper!!
You told me everything I needed to know. You're the greatest!!
You sound alot like me. Never a weight problem, but not a flat stomach since the first child. I enjoyed reading your diary!! It really gave me the reassurance that I'm doing OK even when I think i'm not!!
I guess I'll go to Wal Mart and try to find me some decent looking stretch pants to wear back to work this week. I can't stand anything with a zipper at this point!!:burning:
You mentioned in your diary that you had mini-periods. What causes that?? My DR didn't mention them to me. Maybe since I don't have any ovaries, I want have any problems with that. I hope not!! I've already had my "pad burning party!!

Incisions Decisions
HI! I had a vertical incision. I have had no problems from it. I do not quite have the 2-butt syndrome, but can see how some would possibly see that. LOL I weigh about 200 pounds, and had a belly before. It is smaller now, because they removed some fat deposits and I had a tumor/cyst in my ovary that was quite large. Of course, I do still have the swelly belly. I was given a stomach support belt at the hospital that I think helped stop the feeling of stomach being ripped open. I was able to wear regular (not tight before surgery) clothes at 2 weeks post op. If I wear jeans for too longwhile standing, ti pulls on stomach a bit, but nothing major. I just sit for awhile. Doing great and feeling fine at 4 1/2 weeks post-op. Good luck to everyone!
