Felling so good, it is weird
I am 7 days post op abd. Hyst and bilat s+o, I really cannot believe how good I feel, my belly is still swollen over and above the incision, but has gone down tremendously. I can walk aroud fine, I have even gone out twice this week. Got my Jeans back on and my appetite is great. Today for the first time, not one hotflash. The things that have really helped are
a. Making sure I have a bowel movement everyday. Stool softener and a suppository.
b. Ice pack over my belly everytime I am sitting or in bed. I bought a good one at Wallgreens today, for the back, re-freezable and does not leak or get you wet.
c. Advil around the clock, for swelling and pain
No HRT, but taking estroven PM, don't know if that is doing anything yet. Well I just thought I would share and maybe it will help someone else...especially the ice pack!

It's fantastic that you're feeling so good at this point! And congratulations on finding a daily regimen and routine that works so well.
