Hello

Hi Sassi!!

It sounds as though you are very well organized and all ready for your castle visit. I know its scary, but try to focus on how much better you will be feeling after this is behind you.

I am sorry to hear you are alone going through this, but you have all of us here on the site, and we are here for you Sassi!

Do you have someone who can stay with you for a night or two when you get home? It would be great if you do, as it would be really helpful to have someone to get things for you to save you from having to get up and down from the bed or sofa too much.

I too live alone, but had my sister here for my first 2 nights home and it was very helpful. I have a cat as well, I think they sense when we are not feeling well, and are a great comfort.

Its great that you have prepared meals ahead of time. You will find that a great help for the first few days home.

I wish you the best with your surgery, and please remember we are here to help you as best we can. We can't be there with you, but we are here for ya Sassi!!

I look forward to reading all about your visit to the castle when you are home, rested and up to posting.

Sending big Hugs to you!!
Maria
