Re: Returning to work

Zumba looks fun... I want to find a friend to go with to keep pushing me. Love to dance. I even thought about taking pole dance class. Heard it is great exercise.

Re: Returning to work

I am going to have my 14 year old daughter go with me. She keeps complaining about wanting to tone up and keep in shape. Then on weekends we can go as a family.

Re: Returning to work

That sounds like a fun time to bond with daughter. My hubby hates to dance so that it not going to happen. Can't wait for snow to melt so I can start walking again.
I was told that some people gain weight after having this type of surgery....that scares me!

Re: Returning to work

I have gained 7 lbs since surgery. Doc said it was normal from bloating and water retention. I hate it and want it gone now. I want to wear my jeans.

Re: Returning to work

I have been wearing large sweater and yoga pants.. Big different since I usually dress up every day. Well off to try and get some sleepy only slept 3 hours in last two nights. Pain meds make me hyper, not sleepy. Have a good day tomorrow and I enjoyed chatting with you.

Re: Returning to work

Love all of the great ideas for working out once the healing is complete...I can't wait until simply walking up our two flights of stairs doesn't make me want to take a two hour nap and a vicodin.
