Finally attempted sex at 8 1/2 weeks

DH and I finally attempted sex last night and I am thrilled to say that I had NONE of my usual pain that I had pre-hysterectomy! BUT....I felt so tight inside. Like, REALLY tight. Also, it's as though he couldn't go all the way in.

Is this a common feeling? Will I eventually stretch back out? It wasn't really painful, but it was a bit uncomfortable because of how tight and "short" I felt inside.

I felt like this too at first but then you are focusing on everything down there. I had that tight feeling too you just have to keep working on it. For me that's all I feel is the fullness. Dh and I are talking about procuring a (whispering) vibrator to see if the vibrations will kick start my nerve endings so I can feel SOMETHING on the inside. So try try again. Use lube if you need to that will help with the tight and short feeling. Of course I'm no expert since its been only three times. I feel like a virgin all over since I got my girls parts overhauled. It's not the same at all and I hve to learn it all over again (sigh). I am trying to be positive but... I'm sure that for you it's just a matter of time as we do stretch you just have to "break it in" again. Good times! Lol

This all reminds me of women that have radiation of the vaginal area. They have to use a dialator (it's like a vibrator without the vibrating) to prevent their vagina from shrinking or closing up. Maybe I should head to the sex store today and buy something to help stretch me back out.

I am shall we say prude to toys (blushing) and I am not sure Dh would know what to do with it. I don't even know where a sex store is! Maybe I need to order or nine and have it shipped discreetly. :/
