Almost 4 weeks post hysterectomy: over did it?

Well believe me when I say I only vacuumed out of necessity. I have no husband boyfriend...to help. I do have a daughter but shes gone alot. Guess im just going to have to patient till I can get someone to help me!!! Trying;-);-)

Not sure what type of hysterectomy you had. Even though you have no one there, please don't put yourself in danger of a relapse. You don't want to injure the internal healing that is going on that you can't see.
