Bleeding/spotting 3 months out

So I had an abdominal hysterectomy, kept cervix and ovaries, July 20. Bleeding wasn't too bad after surgery. I'm now 3 months in my recovery and I'm still bleeding/spotting. Especially after sex, the bleeding was bright red like menstrual bleeding. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this, if this is normal??

TDBRADSHAW When you keep your cervix, there a chance of mini periods, but I would give the doctor a call and explain that there's bleeding after intercourse. You shouldn't have menstral like bleeding after.
