1 1/2 yrs out...surgery again....help!!!!!

I just came from the ultrasound dr and they said I have another cyst on my one ovary that was left 1 1/2 year ago . Im having lots of pain (any kind of light lifting or strain to go #2, sex, even walking), and that I have pockets of fluid and blood????
What is this? has anyone else experienced this so long after?
Any help would be appreciated.

I've had adhesions removed, 2yrs later a partial hysterectomy and a little over a year later--TA DAH!!! right overy removed. I had a small mass on the right ovary and the adhesions had attached to my bowel--lucky me I had a second surgeon to take care of that and spent the night in the hospital. I had pain where it hurt to move, lift, sex and just about anything I did. My doctor also gave pain medication to help until surgery. I was never told of pockets of blood. It's a pain that at times takes such a grip you almost if not, double over--it's sharp pains that hit and go and make you take a deep breath or it's like someone squeezing hard and then letting go--or a constant pulsing pain. I hope this has helped you some.

I've had one ovary removed in 2003 and ended up having problems with the remaining one, cysts and adhesions. I know that the hormone issue is a big one, but for me (and that's only MY own opinion) its not worth it if you have these cysts and pain. I had it removed with my TAH and the day after the pulsating and pain on that side was gone.

2 appear to be complex, one simple,Radiologists suggest another ultrasound in 6 weeks but instead I'm having a cat scan this saturday.I want to know what this is now!!!
I am 1 year and 1 month post op.
