Bladder issues almost 12 weeks out?
So i began having bladder pain at 4 weeks post op, possible suspected interstitial cystitis by uro/gyn will have cytoscopy on the 26th. Wed night i ended up in Er with SEVERE abdominal pain. Was my lower abdomen, lower back and my crotch (that part felt like someone was stabbing me with knitting needles). Doc sent me home after getting my pain under control telling me possible appendicitis.
Today i saw my reg doc and he thought perhaps irritated bladder neck. My lower pelvis hurt when he pressed on it.
He put me on antibiotics to see if it helps the pain. I have already taken tylenol with codeine tonight and my pain is increasing exponentially. This pain is severe pain in my uretha? It hurts all the time, sitting, laying, nothing makes it feel better.
Any ideas? could some sort of damage happened to my bladder and it not be noticed until this far out.....i am a little freaked here....my uro/gyn can't see me until next wednesday.
