Two months post vaginal hysterectomy and still having pain daily
Hi everyone. I had a vaginal hysterectomy on May 11th and am still having pain on a daily basis. Is this normal? Thanks.

i do not know if its "normal" but i also have some pain daily and mine was on April 21st, i have my 12 wk post op thursday and I will be talking to my dr. Hang in there mine is better now than a month ago.

I get pain too if I overdo yet, or am in one position too long, but better than a month ago too!

Hi everyone. I really did not have much pain. But now almost 8 weeks later and going back to work tomorrow, I am feeling some pelvic pressure when I sit on a chair. I did not have this before. Started a bout a week ago. I also feel it in the rectal area. Are any of you having this? I will be calling my doc tomorrow. Just curious. Thanks, Maxine

Sometimes I have pressure "down there" too. Thanks for all the responses, I am grateful for the advice. It's comforting to know that I'm not the only one having pain after this much time has passed.
