TVH tomorrow and I'm freaking out!

I got my time on Friday and was happy. They told me to be there at 9 am. They also called and pre-admitted me. My problem is the arrival time. I am glad that its at 9 but I live 2 hrs away so I have just that much more time to think about everything. Just getting way more real I think.

I'm having mine March 7 and I'm starting to get nervous now. I know how you feel! Hang in there though. Just remember what brought you to this decision.

I know this is really intense at this stage. It is very real and scary. Two hours is a long time to be in the car driving to the hospital - make sure someone else is driving you!

in there. Maybe bring some books on tape in the car, or play some favorite CDs? Have lots of distracting conversations?

Your feelings are very normal! Take a deep breath and try to focus on the fact that it is almost over.

My TVH was one of the best things I've ever done. Will never regret it!
