Tingling in Hip Joint Area

I am just about 9 weeks post op and have just started (in the last two days) noticing a strange tingling in my hips and some sharp pains in my right side. No bleeding. I just resumed sex last week when I was cleared at my 8 week check-up. I have also been lifting and moving things while my house is being remodeled. Just wondering if anyone else has had this strange sensation in their hips. It is something I have never felt before even after childbirth. Have I just overdone it? Any information would be so great. I am only about 1 1/2 weeks out and I have had hip pain/twinges. I don't know if it is the same as yours or if it is just from being in bed longer than I have ever been before. I don't know if that helps.

I had surgury on 3/11. I now have numbness in back on left side of my hip. It almost feels like there is a bubble of fluid under my skin and I get horrible pain on my left butt cheek and it travels down my leg. I know it's my sciatit (hopefully spelled right) nerve.
I think i was stretched pretty wide during surgery. Sick right? But I did have fingerprint bruises on each thigh after surgery. I did have the surgery done vaginally.
