Home from the castle already!!!!

Hello all,

I had my LAVH yesterday, and all went well. In fact, I came home late this morning, and I feel great!

My DH has been spoiling me all day, and I love it! The kids are at my mother's house until at least the end of the week, and it is soooo quiet here. I'm sure that it will get boring after a few days, but right now its really nice!

I'm already so glad I did this--the pain I'm having now is already less that what I had before yesterday! Good luck to everyone headed to the castle!

I'm so glad that you are feeling good, but want to remind you to be sure to get plenty of , lots of fluids and walk a little bit each day.

Please don't try to sit at the computer too much right now - even sitting is considered to be an activity and can place strain on those internal stitches that need time to heal.

Just lie back and enjoy all the pampering from your DH.

Glad to see you back from the castle. What a beautiful new you make and how lovely that shiny new crown is.

Get plenty of rest now and even though you feel great, don't overdo it or we'll send the pillow to your house.

Karen--I'm not sitting. This is just a brief stop on my walk around the upstairs, trying to get rid of some annoying pain! My computer is positioned so that I can stand or sit. But thanks for the words of concern.
