post lapro pre hyst

I had a lapro 3 weeks ago to check for endo and found adeno. since then I have been having alot of pain in my lower abdomin/upper pelvic area. I have been to the Dr and they checked for infection. None found. My bladder always feels full. I have also been having alot of diarrhea. has anyone had this problem? I have been told it still sounds like the gas used during surgery. I don't know. I just know I'm in more pain now than before during the "off" time.
