Check your post op instructions they sent you home with. I used both day and night and just took breaks from it. Your situation may be different than others so ck your paperwork. also, if no mention in discharge inst. call and talk to drs nurse. Wishing you all the best

I woke up from surgery with mine on. I wore it for the 3 weeks straight. I felt protected with it on and it gave me a lot of support I loved it.
