Lower Back Pain.....

I'm 4 months post op and I still have soreness in the stomach area. But lately I've noticed that my lower back hurts with tension pain across my shoulders and neck If I sat upright too long. I've tried laying on my stomach as well and my back yet hurts. Any suggestions will greatly helpful....

I know a whole lot about back pain as I've had two surgeries for it and another upcoming soon. In my experience, the pain you describe is stress pain, either that or accommodating for pain lower in your back. My best suggestion is a really good massage and a soak in a hot tub. If you can't do that then apply heat the best way you can. It has worked wonders for me.
