Lifted too much!!

I am 27 and almost 2 weeks post op, had everything removed, and had to carry my 3year old daughter up and down a flight of stairs as she had her first vommiting experience. I am having very bad pain deep down in my abdomen, it's like a pulling and pinching sensation. I have my appointment on Monday and wondering if anyone else has had any serious damage due to lifting too much too early. I have some pain meds left to hold me over till Monday. Any suggestions or advice would be much appreciated. Thank you

Re: Lifted too much!!

I'd go in and get checked just to be sure you didn't do any damage. Better to be safe then sorry.

Re: Lifted too much!!

I would give your doctor a call, explain what happened and see if he wants to see you before Monday. Try using ice or heat and see if that helps ease the pain some and rest until you place your call into your doctor. I hope your DD feels better.
