Should I Change Docs?

I wrote a post earlier but I cannot find it anywhere. So I guess I will try again.

I am currently seeing Dr #2 who is an ObGYN. He was recommended and knows my case and is about 20 mins away. He is 56 and has a lot of experience.

I was given the name of a woman Dr who is a Urogynochologist who specializes in this stuff. She is an hour away and has about 20 years less experience.

The thought of changing again is very daunting, but I want to make the right choice. Also, the longer I put this off (have already done so for years) the longer I will be anxiety ridden. I just do not know what to do.

Re: Should I Change Docs?

Why don't you make an appointment with both and see which one you "click" with. Being able to trust your doctor is a huge thing. Good luck!

Re: Should I Change Docs?

I saw your earlier post, Cheers, but I really didn't know how to reply because choosing a doc is such a personal thing. Dani3ll3's idea is right on - meet with both and go with the one who feels right to you.
