LSH Ear, Neck, and Jaw Pain Issues after Hysterectomy Surgery

Anyone had these problems after surgery.?

I had the jaw pain for a couple if days but gone now.

This may be because of the way your head is positioned when you are in surgery. If you are prone to TMJ then the position will flare it up. I still have pain and soreness in my jaws after 2 years, but it comes and goes. I am prone to TMJ where my jaw locks up sometimes, and my gosh that is painful. I literally have to reach inside my mouth to unlock my jaw--realigning my jaw joint. Gosh we ladies go through a lot don't we?

Good morning, I hope for all Good health.I'm recovering ENT says I have TMJ from surgery.I'm otherwise doing well, so there's hope.

I do! Never dx w/ tmj but have a LOT of the symptoms and grind my teeth. Wearing mouth guard I have now makes my headaches WORSE not better so I quit. bizzare! I have ear problems and neck arthritis too so its now flaring post op. Unfortunately I will be living w/ the arthritis forever.

Glad I read this, I too have ear and neck pain. I've been for a massage today and therapist thinks it may be related to spending so much time reclining with my feet up and reading thus putting my head in an unusual position...and there was I thinking I was being good to myself resting!
