Antibiotics

How do they expect you to keep the antibiotics down on an empty stomach? I started my bowl prep at 9 and have been in the bathroom most of the day. Now they want me to take antibiotics and I can't keep them down. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have been on a clear liquid diet all day, I am so hungry!! I Have to be at the castle at 6 am surgery at 8. Between the prep and my nerves I probably wont get any sleep tonight. I will let you all know how everything went as soon as I can. Tommorrow at this time I will be a Thank you all for the support and understanding.
