Taking Premarin having Insomnia

Hello,
I am new to this forum and I am looking for some advice. I had a total hysterectomy back in February and started taking Premarin 0.45 approx. 5 weeks post op. I was doing great with moods, sex drive and even lost weight. But about 2 weeks ago I started having severe insomnia, to the point of getting maybe 4 hours of sleep a night. I also noticed that my sex drive has dropped. Does anyone know what that means? I'm surprised that this came on all of a sudden when I was doing so well.

Your ert could need some tweaking. It is not unusual for our needs to change over time. Give your doctor a call.
