SILS/LESS Warm Sore Belly Button Area

Just had my operation on the 21st. My belly button area is really sore, and warm to the touch. Should I be worried?

Hey beautiful girl,

Try not to worry but best to err on the side of caution especially when pain is involved and you don't want it to 'feel hot' because you may be developing an infection so, a simple phone call to your doctor and letting him know how you are feeling will give you the right answer and it will put your mind at ease. If it is nothing, then, that's great! and if you do need something treated, then you are on the ball and you can get it seen to and back on track to recovery as quickly as possible.

So don't worry about ringing the doctor. That's what they are there for, to look after you and it will help you to relax knowing that you've received the right advice.
