Confusion regarding bladder lift and prolapse

If I had a bladder lift that alleviated SUI (urinary stress incontinence), and then I have a prolapse, do the two go hand and hand or are they different? Did the bladder lift fail or do I have a completely new problem?

I don't leak, that I'm aware of, but now I'm back to feeling like I have to go to the bathroom all the time even if I've just gone. This was a huge issue and I was excited to get rid of it when exercising.

My other issues with this or it feels like whatever has happened is pushing against my urethra.

Sometimes having surgery can aggravate the bladder and that alone can cause symptoms of urgency. Sometimes having one prolapse fixed can allow other prolapse problems to come to light. In addition, having had a hysterectomy alone is one of the things known to be a risk factor for future prolapses. It's hard to know what causes any prolapse we have or even sometimes, exactly what type of prolapse we have. That's why it's good you are going to your Dr. None of us here can really tell what's going on with anyone else in particular because of course, we can't diagnose each other.
