spotting after 5 weeks

This may be a silly question but it is normal to start spotting again at 5 weeks post op? I thought everything was going well. I have been doing some light housekeeping. Dusting folding laundry and cooking but leaving lifting of heavy pots to hubs. I have been walking 1-2 miles a day and today when I get home I noticed spotting. Nothing heavy but alarmed because I have not spotted in weeks. Any advice or comments?

I have had the same and it's usually when I over do it. I have been doing sitz baths with a cup of epsom salt. I also put 10 drops of lavender oil and 5 drops tea tree oil in the bath. It has made a world of difference. I was spotting a lot over 2 weeks ago and as soon as I was released to take baths I started the sitz bath and my spotting was pretty much gone in a week.....It stays away as long as I don't try to vacuum .
