LOL Thanks I'll try not to feel too bad about being a slug. I earned it, after all, I think!

I'm on day 13 and my energy has come back for the daytime, but I go to bed earlier now.

Re: Will the fatigue ever end?

Yes, enjoy the naps because you'll miss them when you get back to the busy routine. And, you'll feel the fatigue more when you've been up and about a bit more, so pace yourself. The time will pass quickly.

Re: Will the fatigue ever end?

Hi. I am 3 weeks post op. This past week I over did it and now I feel like I did 1 week post op. Take the others' advice and do not over do it. It is not worth feeling like this. Nap or rest as much as you can.

Re: Will the fatigue ever end?

I am only a week and a half out of my surgery and I sure take advantage of the resting I can do when my hubby is around. I had 4 c-sections and I think to that I require more rest from this surgery then I did with the others..

Re: Will the fatigue ever end?

I way over-did it on thanksgiving and I'm paying for it now! I could hardly get myself out of bed at 10:00 this morning! That's just nuts. My friend came and cleaned the kitchen for me thank goodness. I started bleeding just a little again after I came home yesterday. *sigh* I can't WAIT to feel normal again!

Re: Will the fatigue ever end?

I am nine days post op, glad I am not the only one who feels so tired even after all the sleep I have had! LOL I think I have slept more in the last wk, than I have the whole year. Like someone sd who had c sections, I am too really surprised the difference in recovery....I was really thinking I could be back to work in two weeks.....NOT! The way I feel now, I don't know if even four wks will be enough...as I stand on my feet and stand right up against a counter all day...right where the inscisions are. I hope you and we all feel better soon.
