Hi Ya'll! I'm Six Days Post UFE w/Questions

Hello everyone,

Glad to have found this forum while searching for information from others who are post UFE.

I had my procedure last week and so far it has been ok, if I don't over do it, or am late taking my motrin. Sorry, but I don't remember the size of my fibbys other than they (3) were large and I was at 20 wk pregnancy, my uterus was completely tilted back... ouch.

Would like to ask if it is normal to still have some pain in my groin where they entered my artery. It isn't always, but somewhat tender. No bleeding or real swelling, but just achy.

Hey back! . I had UFE back in May and yes I remember having incision site pain for at least a week. Then magically it did go away. I had a bad habit of pushing around on it because it was all bumpy feeling. Let me know if you need anything . By the ya'll in your intro I assume you are a fellow Southerner?

Hey HCW, yes I am from KY, but reside in MD. You can never take the southern from a lady... *wink*. Thank you for your response. I just wanted to make sure that I don't have any issues going on down there, or potential for PID. I've been reading and trying to take care of every aspect since I am by myself.
