do men really get it?

Ha! Guys, what do do with them?

I'm thinking I will review which baseball games will be played at the time and telling him that I'll let him have the remote in the hospital room, that way he'll know when and where I'll be!

I truly believe that it's not meanness, stupidity or spite that causes them to be that way, it's just that their brains are wired differently. I'm like a walking calendar, but my DBF doesn't know what is happening when, and could probably care less until it's actually time to do something!

I'll still keep him...

I put a calendar on the refridgerator. That put things into perspective. My husband (and I) both forget things if they are not written down. Every Sunday we discuss the next week or so, because otherwise things drop out!

Ok, the kitchen is a mess, the laundry is probably overflowing (all I can do is dump things down the laundry chute; the washer and dryer are in the basement) and he forgot to take the trash out, luckily we have trash collection 2x a week around here, and we'll probably be doing taxes online. There are some weaknesses to the 'plan for the next week' method of doing things.
