Very moody and anxious

I haven't even got a date of my hysto yet and I'm petrified. Since the nature of my op is quite complex as I have severe adhesions and there is a higher risk of severing my bowel. I really need the operation but I'm so scared. I'm just lying in my room feeling lonely and angry and scared that this is happening. Im so sick of the pain in my lower back, my anxiety, waiting, my moods, my constant toileting during the night, having trouble sleeping. And feeling tired. It's enough to make anyone go batty. So over it!!! Can anyone offer some help or some positive words coz I'm just so tired of it....
