Help 2 and a half months postop.

I had a davinci on October 4 and am still tired all of the time along with night sweats and hot flashes . I had also lost some weight and started eating healthy and out of no where I gained it back. The Dr upped the dosage of my estrogen and it didn't help. Any ideas on what to do? I tired of being hot, sweaty, and smelly.

Re: Help 2 and a half months postop.

Was your doctor able to complete the testing she wanted to regarding your cancer? Could this be why you are losing weight? The last time you posted you said you were too swollen for any of the testing to be done. Have you been back to the doctor since that visit?

I hope your doctor can get to the bottom of this so you can begin to feel better.

Re: Help 2 and a half months postop.

Ya I've been back and am now facing another surgery in January to remove cancer . They did more testing and found cancer on my cuff . My Dr didn't think that was the reason for me losing so much weight. So I never did get an answer for that. The more I talk to my Dr its almost like she gets more frustrated because I'm not telling her what she wants to hear.

Re: Help 2 and a half months postop.

I thought you said in earlier posts that pathology tests done after your surgery showed cancer, and that's why your doctor originally scheduled the tests. I'm glad if that's not the case. I hope this surgery will take care of the cancer for good.
