Paying the price for bending, 9days post op

Oh my! Pain through the roof! I had a vault suspension, anterior, and posterior repair, along with aTVH. I really have been doing good with the no lifting etc, and have found other things not so good, like opening a sliding glass door. I have picked up stuff off the floor here and there, but tonight it did the dumbest thing and am paying the price! I got all the way down on the floor to do something, and yikes I am paying for it now!

Wow! I feel for you. Today is day 9 for me and I can't even imagine getting on the floor right now. It hurts me just to tug on the dishwasher door to put something in the top rack. Rest if you can - I hope you feel better soon!!

If you are having any new pain, call your doctor. Don't assume it's from bending. It could be, but it could be from something else. It's always better to check with your doctor.
