3months post

Hi,
I am exactly 3 months post op and I feel that my tummy is growing again! I have also gained about 4 lbs in the last month and cannot figure out what's going on! Nothing that I do has changed. It's getting me down

I also feel like I am retaining water, is that normal? I know it takes time but I feel more that I am regressing not progressing. Even my tummy is feeling sore again inside and out.
Help!!

I just made the 4 month mark on June 28th... it does get better, when I hit the 3 month mark, I felt like you do. Although over the last couple of weeks I finally feel
like I have progressed!! I still have a little soreness, around the incision and not 100% but slowly getting there. I still get swelly belly a bit in the late evening, but gets better each day. {{HUGS}} Hang in there.
