Anyone else have adenomiosis w/severe nausea?

Hello sisters...I hope someone can help me with this one! Last month, and now again this month, after ovulating I have severe, severe nausea that lasts until Aunt Flo shows up! I can't stand it! Nothing seems to help. I take Nexium daily, but it doesn't change anything. I have adenomiosis, and am at this point looking VERY forward to the 27th. I'm hoping after I visit the castle, this will all end. Pain is one thing, but this is crazy! I appreciate anyone sharing their experience, and any advice.

Anyone else have adenomiosis w/severe nausea?

stariana...there is a thread you should visit if you can...I think it is just "adenomiosis concerns" on the pre op board. Alot of people have posted on it on their symptoms.
what happened with me is I was not diagnosed with adeno, but my doc will now be checking since I mentioned the symptoms the other girls were listing.
I had never even thought about adeno until I read the other girls symptoms.
But, in answer to your question...yes, I do. I actually feel like 24 hour motion sickness. I dont actually , but I certainly feel like I could. It has gotten worse over the last few months, and I never would have related it to my other conditions if I hadn't read the other postings.
I go on the 20th, so I am hoping for a change as well.
Good luck to you!

Anyone else have adenomiosis w/severe nausea?

Stariana,
I definetly suffered from nausea(violently throughing up if I ate meat ), in fact the joke was are you sure you're not pregnant! In Jan. we thought it was the flu when it didn't go away the doc thought it was my gallbladder by Mar. I had lost 25lbs. and still could not eat. In Apr. I was in hospital for tests and they were considering stomach cancer! When all the tests came back negative they sent me to a gyn who diagnosed (along with the vaginal ultrasound) adenomyosis. I just started back on a regular diet in May. By mid Mar. my nausea was replaced with constant pain, I am ready for surgery! If you're really nausious stick to a bland diet, I lived on vegetable soup and baked potatoes.
Good luck! Think of the weght you'll lose and know that it will soon be over.
