8 weeks post hysterectomy: Hot spot on right side?

So I'm at 8 weeks post op. I have pretty much returned to all of my pre surgery activities including teaching pole, which is going fairly well (only have done a few classes and a party) however on my right side I have an area which is hot to the touch. My right side is my dominant invert side and dominant arm. Its slightly sore there too, but not bad, not enough for even OTC pain meds. Should I be concerned about the "hot spot"? My right side is the side the left my ovary, which doesn't seem to be working, and was the side that less work was done.
