TLH: Concerned about weight issues after hysterectomy?

Hi there! My surgery is scheduled for July 21st. I'm curious about weight gain/loss after surgery. Can anyone share their experiences?

Weight loss in the first few weeks following surgery is common due to the lack of appetite , etc.

Then some go back to their regular weight, some have reported weight gain, mostly due to hormone imbalance after losing ovaries...

I lost a few pounds after surgery and leveled out after a month or 2.
Then again, I'm active and eat healthy (non processed foods, etc.)
A healthy, active lifestyle is the key.

I did not gain weight with this surgery. I eat a healthy diet (lots of fruit, veggies, and lean meats) and exercise regularly.

No gain or loss, but I haven't worked on losing either. Overall I eat pretty healthy so stayed the same.
