New -7 wks post op after TVH+A&P Repair-still having pain.

Still having bladder discomfort-when have to go, really have to go now. Also pain in my abdomen. Especially if I lean against a counter or something. Is this common?

A question I have too after reading many posts, should I be having any discharge from vagina anymore? White discharge.

I'm learning so much from this site.

Thanks.

AM18 and

I am glad you found us! After my lavh/bso it took awhile for the discomfort to stop. Same goes for the pain. I kept myself on a regimen of the pain killers and motrin. Even if I wasnt in pain. I think that helps alot the first few days. Then, I started weaning off the pain killers and just taking the motrin.

You are going to have alot of abdominal sensitivity for the weeks, maybe months to come. I am not sure about the white discharge, I am sure another sister can probably help you with that though.

Take it easy, your body only has ONE CHANCE at recovering correctly. Remember to

We are really glad you are here!
