stretch in the middle of the night has lead to constant pain!!!!
10 days post op from TVH and Rectocele repair. Healing has been decent and at some point in the night I stretched for the first time and it felt sooo good, and then I was instantly in pain. Now I am having almost constant pain from maybe an inch above the pubic line downward just to the right of my belly button. It is a sharp burning type pain.... Any advice? I am really worried I messed something up =(

I made a post about this not too long ago. It was kind of like involuntary stretching. A lot of us have experienced this. Although it made me sore, it didn't mess anything up internally.
