About 3 months and a week post op

I have a terrible flu with constant coughing and putting strain my muscles down there.

Could I do anything to the vaginal cuff from all the coughing even this far out? I cringe every time I cough which is all the time!

Anyone have insight? I have been examined four times and have been told during the last three that I'm totally healed. I even had a cat scan that looked at the pelvic and abdominal area and it said my cuff was normal. Of course this was all before my coughing. lol

I just wonder how I know for sure that nothing could disturb it now. I am coughing like crazy and just wonder if that's okay. I am in an overseas long distance relationship so I haven't had sex since before the surgery so I have been extra careful too.
