Me too! I couldnt put on my socks, underwear, or pants for at least a week! Good thing my hubby was here, and wanting to help. He even rubbed lotion on my feet and shaved my legs. I just cried and cried because I felt to helpless and thankful and silly, all at the same time!

I cried because I couldn't take care of the cat. He stayed by my side constantly during the worst of my recovery. I figured the two-legged animals in the house could cook an egg or order a pizza, but the cat couldn't work the can opener.

I think he was never so happy a cat as when I was still on bed rest. Maybe he liked being needed. And maybe because everyone spoiled him, because I cried over him.
