need advice

hello ladies

my surgery is this monday 12th , i have everything ready ,
my question is does anybody have any ideas about remaing calm the day before surgery.
already i have so much nervous tension i cant hardly concentrate on anything let alone sit still for any lenght of time. gonna bounce of the walls here shortly.
please keep me in your thoughts monday !!!

i know from experience that the waiting is the hardest part of the whole ordeal and i will be praying for you on monday

a little consolation here, I have been so nervous for the last 2 weeks and I am not eating well at this point. My date is Tuesday, 7/13 and I still have so much to do. I am hoping that these next couple days go by with out incident.
Any suggestions would be appreciated..

Good luck with your upcoming surgeries. Try not to worry too much. You both have lots of sisters on this site that will be thinking about you on your day. I will keep you both in my prayers and will be looking forward to seeing you back online soon!

It works wonders in helping you sleep, OTC, non-addicting, and doesn't leave you groggy. I was taking them til Dr prescribed Ambien, and since you don't have time for that, have someone run to Walgreens for you.

And pray. I know it's a very stressful and anxious time. I feel as if I've been losing it, too.

Thanks for the ideas, but I tried the tylonal PM when it first came out and it didn't work for me. I was able to get a 3 hour nap yesterday which I really needed, but I was awake at 4am this morning.. I know I have to get up about that time on Tuesday, but this is Sunday!! he he he.
I hope I can get some sleep in the hospital.
