We can't tell you what to think or do but we will surely support you through your own learning process- The beauty of this group is that we all have suffered, pain is pain, and while some have suffered more, some less, we all know the kind of pain and quality of life issues we share.

You'll get hugs,. laughs, tears and rages and most importantly through the support the realization that too many of us have been suffering in silence, thinking "it's just me" and not taking ourselves seriously enough.

Gosh, since I started taking it more seriously so has my Honey....I tell him, "this is why were are doing this," because I know he has suffered right along with me, all the Geritol , the red meat for breakfast lunch and dinner, the vomiting pain, the inability to go&do and the no sex

I hope you like reading; I want to encourage you to read the pre op articles as well as a lot of the threads.....The gals here hide little gems of info in all sorts of places and you just never know when that nugget you have been waiting for will show up.

Thank you, Dilu. I just feel so comfortable here. All the comments I have read are from women just like me. I don't feel so "odd" anymore. And you are right, our spouses suffer along with us. I'm very fortunate - mine has been right there with me through infertility and all. He's concerned, of course, about my surgery. But he also knows it's a light at the end of "our" tunnel. I am so excited that all the pain and worry is about over. I just echo what all these other wonderful ladies have said. What a wonderful website.
