I also had significant joint pain after my TAH/BSO. I also am not taking HRT.
I started taking Pharmacy grade fish oils daily in the evening after supper. I take 3 capsules and what a difference. My joint pain is gone. It really helped me. I don't take other prescription medications so the fish oils were OK for me to take. I know that Fish oils shouldn't be taken with some medications so checking with your doc would be a good idea. Pharmacy grade fish oils have a lot of benefits.

Yes I had it bad enough to cry about 3 1/2 weeks post op. My doctor told me it was normal. Once I went back to work it went away. Warm baths helped.

My Dr. did a test for Rhuematoind arthritis and it was positve. he said things can lie dormant in our systems until something triggers them to become active-as my surgery did.
Get you RH Factor level checked. I am certainly stiff and achy but the new meds they are givng me are helping

I am having pain in my breasts. Has anyone else felt this? I must say that I have not been able to work out for a month. Is this the reason?

I was just going to post the same question. Every muscle in my body hurts. I'm almost 4 months out and I feel like I've been working out with Arnold! Haven't even attempted working out yet. Is this what fibromyalgia is like?
