Any 6 weekers out there??

I''ll be 6 weeks post-op Tuesday. I feel good. I went back to work full time at 4 weeks. I got a little tired but nothing I couldn't handle. I was back in my jeans at 5 weeks. Got the all clear at 5 weeks from the doctor. DH and I did "it" the same day and no problems at all. I agree Bakibo. I'm glad I had this done.

Any 6 weekers out there??

I just celebrated 6 weeks this past weds. (9/27). Went back to work full time on monday starting at 8am and by 1pm I was dead tired. I told my boss I feel like someone took all the wind out of my sail. Thurs. I had the day off and had planned on cleaning around the house.... yea right.....3 naps and a couple movies, I wasn't going anywhere. I get a twinge every now and then from the abdominal incision locations, and tire easily, but other than that I feel pretty good.

Any 6 weekers out there??

I will be 6 weeks on Tuesday. I still have to have a nap every day. I also have one place that feels like a hot poker is going straight into me. Very moody although I have been on premarin since the surgery. Overall, I think that eventually I will be glad that I went ahead and had the surgery.

feeling good

I am almost 6 weeks & i have to say i wasn't feeling all that good until 5 weeks.I am feeling so much better.I had alot of problems in healing & amazed at how much better i am now.I too sometimes forget i had surgery not long ago.The only thing i may get now is feeling tired if i have overdone it for a day.Hubby is good & knows if i am tired & tells me to go & rest.I have a problem telling myself that.

Any 6 weekers out there??

I will be at 6 weeks on Wednesday. A week ago the dr said I ws healed and could go back to work whenever. I will start on Thursday. I am feeling really good except I still am bothered by occassional problems with bms--too frequent for what had been my "normal". I walk a lot--I am up to several miles a day.

Any 6 weekers out there??

I will be 6 weeks on Thursday (10-04-2006) and will celebrate by having a tummy tuck and tushy lift!

I'm doing well, the only thing I've had happen was an incision line hematoma that re-absorbed amazingly fast!

I'm pretty much doing 'normal' stuff, even played bocci ball this past weekend!

Best wishes to all the 6 week sisters!
