bleeding/discahrge condern 6 wks

I am getting a bit concerned that the bleeding/discharge is still going on!!
Its not everyday maybe a day or two without then it starts again. I havent been doing anything differant like more or less on these days. I am getting really tired of having to wear a panty liner now for 6 weeks. should I be concerned enough to be calling my DR ?? It isnt alot just enough to remind me its NOT over yet !!!

Hi Bonnie!

If you are seeing new blood (bright red), then please notify your doctor ASAP. If it's not bright red and you see it is progressively decreasing, then it could be the cuff repair sutures still dissolving and draining out. I know exactly how you feel about the panty liners. I, too, had several weeks of having to wear them, too, but it did eventually stop.

Hang in there, sweetie ~ please be sure to call the DR with any concerns or questions. I hope all goes well and this is nothing more than typical symptoms of recovery.
