Terrible cramps and bladder/kidney infection 3 weeks post op

Im 3 weeks post op and ive seen the doc numerous times about my painful urination and painful kidneys. i am on a very strong antibiotic Levaquin but it isnt seeming to help. also along with that i have terrible cramps on my left side, i do still have both ovaries. Im at my wits end, i thought this was going to end the cramping and pain. and now both my primary and gyno arent helping much. any suggestions?

Re: Terrible cramps and bladder/kidney infection 3 weeks post op

Originally I had a renal infection. I was treated with antibiotics and was cleared within a week. I continued to find urinating uncomfortable, and boy did it hurt if the bladder got full, that passes as the bladder settles. however, i still find that the bladder is irritated on a morning, after a few cups of tea, and even when not full I have the urge to pee. That said, it too is starting to settle. What symptoms are you having? Xx
