LAVH Stomach pain 6 weeks post op

Hi. My surgery was back on dec 17 and everything went great. I followed all the docs orders about resting. At my 2 week she said I was doing fabulous. I ride horses and she said it would be ok for me to ride again after a month. So I have been riding for a couple weeks and all that has been fine. So the other day I decided I felt good enough to work out and I did. I use the turbo fire videos so I took it easy during the core exercises. Felt fine afterwards but now two days later I feel like crap. I have pain in my upper stomach, right below my ribs. No where near an incision. I've been researching the pain online and now I'm afraid I'm bleeding internally. I'm so mad at myself because everything was going so good. My 6 week check is this Thursday. I'm interested to know if anyone else has had a similar experience. Thanks so much.
