9 weeks out and my breasts are so sore

my breasts are so so sore i cant hardly walk with out them hurting really bad . is this normal after any advice would be great thanks

It could be PMS if you kept your ovaries.

At around 9 weeks post op, I think my ovaries woke up and my boobs were so sore. They were sore for about a week. I had forgotten how bad they use to get since I had been on BC pills for 20+ years. I've been having PMS symptoms since then..........sore boobs, ravenous appetite, irritability, etc. The symptom's intensity have seemed to decrease over the last couple of months but I can tell when it "should" be that time of the month.

Give it a few more months to see if your body can level itself out. If it is too bothersome, call your doc.. She can put you back on bc pills to ease your symptoms.

I'm just enjoying not having to take a freaking pill every day so, ATM, I'll just put up with my symptoms.

Oh, I also started wearing a sport bra during that time and it helped. It keeps things kinda compressed and they don't giggle around as much.
