Back to work today and exhausted

Today was 4 weeks post op today and time to go back to work. I work in an office so I'm just sitting there, but I didn't think I would make it to the end of the day. I also went back to walking on break with my friend like we always used to and I got so winded and dizzy. Also at the end of the day my belly was so swollen, I thought all that swelly belly stuff was behind me. I came home and flopped on the couch and declared that tonight was a take out night

Well done making it through the day! I had my second day today and am tired and sore. Rest over the weekend.

Take advantage of the weekend to put your feet up and rest. Four weeks really isn't all that long. This is where life continues, but with naps! Hang in there. You'll get stronger. Just don't overdo it.
