Next Monday is my day!

So nice to know that I am not the only one with an absent mind right now. Even at work I had a heck of a time forgetting things. I do books and stuff at the store where I work and had to keep re counting because I couldn't get it right. Felt like I was in slow motion all day. It felt pretty good though when my boss said he would get me a wheel chair if I would come back next week. LOLOLOLOLOLOL I laughed at him and said oh sure. His mom who is actually above him in rank at the store told him he was stupid. So much to do this week, I am making lists like crazy so I don't forget things, hope I remember at some point where I put them! Good luck to us all.

I'm a "niner" too...preop on the 5th...yikes!

I would say to eat light.Your bowels are going to be sluggish after surgery.So it's best to eat light.


I was a nervous wreck till the very end.I cried all the way to the hospital.Once you make it to the hospital and get your I.V. it's all good then.Then next thing you know your in recovery.I'm not going to lie the pain right after surgery was awful, but a nurse was right there to take it away.I was up and walking with some help by that night.I used the pain pills for a few days after then found I really didn't need them that much after.The most problems I had were with my bowels.So stock up on the stool softners.The gas was painful sometimes too.Some Gas-X wouldn't be a bad idea either.Hang in there, you'll make it!!
