3 months post op & NO libido...anyone else?

I'm 3 months post op & have absolutely no libido...zero, zilch, none! I have a wonderful husband who I love dearly so I do it for him, but I feel nothing. I just want to cry. He's being a real trooper but I'm afraid I'll never want sex again. We had a very healthy & satisfying sex life before my surgery but now I just don't get aroused. Intercourse is not painful or uncomfortable, it just does nothing for me and nothing else does for that matter either. I'm on HRT and have no other menopausal symptoms. I started on .05 Vivelle dot immediately after surgery and was fine on that except when it was safe to resume sex I had no interest. My dr. changed me to Estratest thinking the testosterone would do the trick but it just made me mean! I was aware that I was extremely short tempered and confrontational not like me at all. My dr then started me on .075 Vivelle since other than the libido issue I was fine with Vivelle. She thought maybe a higher dose would solve the libido problem. I've been on this now for 3 1/2 weeks & so far still nothing. I just feel like my sexuality is totally broken and I don't know what to do.

Mine is not as high as it was before. I have noticed that it is increasing as time goes on. At first once I was released for sex I focused to much on it. I didn't really have an orgasm the first time either if I did it was really small one. The next few times I had stronger ones and more. I noticed that if I had a glass of wine and relaxed and didn't think about sex then naturally I wanted to have sex. I tried to take the pressure off of myself. Maybe you are focusing on it to much. My Dr and I talked about sex and he said that it is a mental thing. Also maybe because you changed your HRT your body might need time to adjust to it.
